Pick the role(s) and the event, then tap the button — it opens an email to Tyler Feldman at LivFree. No login needed, so friends and family can raise their hand too.

Email or text your network to share LivFree's volunteer opportunities.

Do you know a family that has been impacted by pediatric cancer? Whether they are going through treatment, or in remission, LivFree would love to learn how that family could benefit from a moment of Joy. Please complete this form.

When Joy isn't at least 90% sure of an answer, she tells the player she's still learning and refers them to Tyler Feldman and Jim McCaffrey. Each of those questions lands here. Follow up with the player if needed, then mark it: Ignore (nothing to do), Roadmap (a feature or content idea to plan), or Joy knows it (the answer has been added to Joy's knowledge).

Upload the Google Sheet as a CSV (File → Download → Comma-separated values), or copy the rows from the sheet and paste them below. The first row must be headings including Email and Group (A/B/C); optional Team (White/Blue, blank if not decided) and name columns. Email must be the one each player registered with on RunSignup. If two players share an email, add a Registration ID column and fill it in for just those rows (the check tells you which IDs).
